We review specifications including Interior Design, Food Service Consultant, etc., and ensure that these are on point with brand and available budgets. We develop a comprehensive list of OS&E requirements and pre-qualified sources. We remain engaged through the procurement program: reviewing purchase orders, shop drawings, prototypes, and work hand in hand on scheduling deliveries, installation and punch of completed areas.
